The 5XT(F)C series combined maize thresher and air screen cleaner a reasonable maize cleaning machine, threshing corn seed from whole maize. then air aspirating cleaning, screen cleaning, to select our light impurities, big & small impurities.
This machine also widely used for other kind of grains or crops primary cleaning, though changing different particle mesh screens will suitable for different grains cleaning.
FEATURES：
1. maize threshing machine: threshed the maize(corn) seed from whole maize.
2. Bucket elevator system: Adopt double cylinder ultra-low speed elevator, makes the crushing rate is less than 0.1%.
3. Air dust aspirator fan: blowing fan with aspirator, closed system air dust system with two times cleaning, makes full use of the principle of wind sorting , can effectively separate straws awns, dust and other kinds of light impurities.
4. Screen sifter: sift out the big size and small size impurities according to the seed geometry size (length, width, thickness), Also can dividing seeds into 2-4 levels by changing screens.
